Registration for personal space
→ Register or connect to your personal space via the button “My Account”, located at the top right of each page of the site.
→ To register, all you need is an email address and a password.
→ You will then receive an email with a link to confirm your registration.
Choice of accommodation
→ Log in to your personal space and explore the Residences in the good years to find the one that suits you.
→ From the page of the residence that interests you, consult the accommodation offered.
→ Ready to submit your file? click on “Submit my application” To be redirected to your personal space and start your steps.
Submission of your tenant file online
→ First informs the information of the tenants of the accommodation, as well as that of their guarantors.
→ Then add the official documents requested from your personal space, then send your tenant file.
→ Need to modify information? As long as your file is not sent, you can come back to it at any time.
→ After sending, you will receive a first email confirming the receipt of your file, then a second to tell you if it has been validated.
Access to the tenant area
Electronic signature of the lease
→ Once your file has been accepted, you will receive an email containing a link to Yousign, our electronic signature solution.
→ You, your possible roommates and the guarantors can then sign the lease directly online.
→ The signature is fully secure.
The criteria for renting
→ To live in one of our residences, you must be enrolled in a higher education establishment and be able to justify your student status.
→ Did you just finish your studies? Recently graduates working people can also join our residences.
The guarantors
→ To rent accommodation in a residence for good years, you must have at least one guarantor.
→ This person stands joint surety for you and must be able to justify a certain solvency.
→ You can also call on an institutional guarantor, provided that your file meets the admission requirements.
The start date of the lease
→ Between September and June, the start date of your lease may vary depending on availability and your needs.
→ On the other hand, between June and August, the effective date of the lease is imposed.

Pre-booking
→ No accommodation meets your criteria at the moment? You can make a pre-booking.
→ All you have to do is submit your file in advance, before the final allocation of a dwelling.
→ This allows you to anticipate your research and increase your chances of quickly obtaining student accommodation.
The caution
→ The security deposit is paid at the time of signing the lease and corresponds to two months’ rent*.
→ It is cashed at your entry into the accommodation, then returned within a maximum period of two months after your departure.
→ Any sums linked to damage observed during the exit inventory can be deducted from the amount returned.
Refund in case of baccalaureate failure
→ No need to wait for the results of your exams to book accommodation for good years.
→ If you are not accepted in the establishment concerned or if you do not obtain your baccalaureate, your lease can be canceled and the sums paid will be returned to you.
→ To benefit from it, you must send proof within a maximum of 48 hours after the date of issue of the refusal of admission of the establishment concerned.
Explanation on housing assistance
→ Housing Les Belles Années are eligible for the ALS, the social housing allowance paid by the CAF.
→ The amount of this aid depends on your personal situation, in particular your income, the type of accommodation and its location.
→ To find out how much you can claim, you can do a simulation directly on the CAF website.
