Am I eligible for APL?
Yes! Les Belles Années apartments are eligible for the ALS (Allocation de Logement Social), paid by the CAF. This assistance depends on your personal circumstances (income, type of housing, location, etc.). You can use the calculator directly on the CAF website to find out how much you’re eligible to receive.
When can I move into my student residence?
Your move-in date depends on the lease you sign. It will be clearly stated in your contract. You can also contact your residence manager directly to arrange your move-in.
