What types of housing do you offer?
We offer housing options ranging from studios to five-room apartments, with the option to rent alone or share with roommates, depending on your preferences. From a private retreat to shared living, there’s a home for everyone.
In a shared apartment, you have your own private room (sometimes even with your own bathroom), but you share the common areas with your roommates: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room for get-togethers with other residents, and sometimes a balcony for drinks… The perfect balance between privacy and socializing!
What are the eligibility requirements for Les Belles Années housing?
We welcome all college students, as well as students in work-study programs and interns! Whether you’re in college, business school, a BTS program, or a master’s program… as long as you’re enrolled somewhere, you’re welcome. Make sure your documents are in order: ID, proof of enrollment, guarantor information… Everything must be valid, legible, and complete for prompt processing.
When can I move into my student residence?
Your move-in date depends on the lease you sign. It will be clearly stated in your contract. You can also contact your residence manager directly to arrange your move-in.
How do I pick up my keys on move-in day?
On move-in day, go to the front desk of your residence with your ID. The staff there will conduct the move-in inspection, give you your keys, explain how the residence works, and answer any initial questions you may have.
I have an issue with my apartment. What should I do?
Contact your residence manager immediately! He or she is committed to resolving your issue as soon as possible.
