The Everlake Les Belles Ans student residence is the group’s first address in the Annecy agglomeration. Designed to offer students a modern, comfortable and soothing living environment, it fits harmoniously into the natural environment of Annecy-le-Vieux, between lake and mountains.
With its accommodation ranging from functional studio to spacious T3, the residence offers furnished and equipped apartments, adapted to all student profiles: solo, couple or roommate life. Each accommodation has a private bathroom, a fitted kitchen area (plates, microwaves, refrigerators), a work desk, a comfortable sleeping area and optimized storage. T2 and T3 also include an independent living room for more space and comfort.
To promote success and conviviality, Everlake provides more than 300 m² of common areas:
