Les Belles Années offers student accommodation in Nancy designed to provide a comfortable, practical and welcoming living environment.
From studios to three-bedroom apartments, all our accommodation is fully furnished and equipped so that students can live and study in the best possible conditions.
Each studio features a pull-out bed that can be folded away during the day to maximise living space. One-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments include separate bedrooms with double beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
All apartments also feature a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet for added comfort and convenience.

Surrounded by 4 hectares of classified wooded area, the residence is made up of the refurbished part of the Château Saint-Fiacre and two extensions. The estate offers students the dream living environment, where to learn and study with complete peace of mind, a few minutes from their place of training and the beating heart of Nancy. Daily services are just a few minutes from the estate. By bike, 15 minutes is enough to reach the large shopping center “Les Nations”.
Our student residence “Campus Sainte-Colette”
The residences of the residence are bright and colorful, furnished with taste, their surface is optimized to the maximum.
Their kitchen area includes storage, crockery and kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave grill and ceramic hobs.
Each bathroom is equipped with a basin, a mirror with a light strip, a shower tray and a PVC floor covering.
A work area has a desk with armchair and a wall shelf.
The sleeping area includes a trundle bed in the studios and T1 bis and a 140x200cm bed in the T2 and T3 rooms (two of our T3s contain a bedroom with a pull-out bed).

The student residence Ekinox in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy enjoys a privileged location, offering immediate proximity to the main schools and higher education establishments of the metropolis. Less than 800 meters from several renowned faculties and schools, such as the University of Lorraine and the National School of Agronomy, it allows students to easily reach their places of study. In addition, the residence is perfectly served by public transport, with quick access to line 1 of the tramway, allowing you to reach the city center and the train station in just 20 minutes. From winter 2024, a new trolley-bus line, with a stop at the foot of the residence, will further improve accessibility.
