Now here’s a little catch: with the volume of requests we receive, it’s impossible to arrange individual tours for each residence. But we’ve got something even better!
Every year, we host open houses at our residences. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore the facilities, meet our teams in person, and ask all your questions face-to-face. Keep an eye on our social media or contact the residence manager directly to find out the upcoming dates. We promise, it’s worth the trip!
What are the eligibility requirements?
We welcome all college students, as well as students in work-study programs and interns! Whether you’re in college, business school, a BTS program, or a master’s program… as long as you’re enrolled somewhere, you’re welcome. Make sure your documents are in order: ID, proof of enrollment, guarantor information… Everything must be valid, legible, and complete for prompt processing.
What documents do I need to submit with my application?
You’ll need your ID, your proof of enrollment (or your enrollment confirmation if you’ve just been accepted), and proof of income from your guarantor. The best part? You can download everything in a flash from your online account. No more running around to make photocopies!
What application and deposit fees should I expect?
Application fees and security deposits may vary from one residence to another, but we promise: every amount is clearly displayed before you book. No surprises, total transparency. You know exactly what you’re getting into right from the start!
What charges are included in my rent?
Your rent already includes most of the utilities depending on where you live: heating, hot and cold water, and even the garbage collection fee for shared apartments.

our Student accommodation in Lille Go from studio to T2 and are all furnished and equipped for the greatest comfort of tenants. The studios offer a main living room fitted out with a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a work area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a hob and a microwave, the work corner consists of a desk and a chair and the sleeping area has a pull-out bed.
