In Clermont-Ferrand, the best landmark is tram line A, which connects downtown to the Cézeaux campus and the university hospital (CHU). Three areas stand out depending on where you study.

Tenants are also fortunate to take advantage of the A tram line, 5 minutes walk from their student accommodation and can quickly go to their places of study with in particular: the Faculty of Law and Political Science and the University of Auvergne Clermont-Ferrand at 8 minutes on foot, or the Cézeaux campus, 15 minutes on foot.

Installed in the historic heart of the city, on the site of the former Charité hospital, the Hôtel-Dieu was successively for two centuries, a medical center and then a research institute.
