Where can you go out as a student in Paris?
From Bobigny, Line 5 takes you directly—without having to transfer—to Jaurès, on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, or to Bastille, just a stone’s throw from Rue de Lappe and its student bars. From Saint-Denis, Line 13 heads straight to Saint-Lazare and the Champs-Élysées. Pigalle, Oberkampf, and Butte-aux-Cailles round out the classic spots for student nights out. Keep in mind the return trip: the metro runs until about 1:15 a.m. on weekdays and 2:15 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. After that, Noctilien night buses serve the inner suburbs.
