With its rich student life and pleasant living environment, Rennes has many assets. Our two student residences in Rennes are strategically located and offer functional and contemporary housing.
The T1 apartments have a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a shower room. The apartments are furnished with a set of carefully designed furniture: a desk with storage space, a practical trundle bed for entertaining, a table, a storage box, etc. Our Breizh Campus and Carré Malo residences also include T1 bis and T1 bis duplex apartments, with larger surface areas.

T2 Rennes
Dynamic, young and proud of its traditions, the Breton capital promotes good living. In this ideal setting for students, “Les Belles Années” has two student residences in strategic locations.
Our T2 apartments in the Breizh Campus residence are perfectly adapted to young people who prefer a larger surface area than studios. Designed to make circulation fluid, our T2 apartments in Rennes benefit from a practical layout. Composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, they are also furnished to meet the needs of students. They include a bed, a sofa/bed, a desk, a table and storage units. The Breizh Campus residence also includes T2 bis duplex apartments with a mezzanine bedroom. These apartments can be shared with other students.
