The T1 student apartments consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartments are furnished with a set of carefully designed furniture: a desk with storage space, a practical trundle bed for entertaining, a table, a storage box, etc. Our Breizh Campus and Carré Malo residences also include T1 bis and T1 bis duplex apartments, with larger surface areas.

Our T2 apartments in the Breizh Campus residence are perfectly adapted to young people who prefer a larger surface area than studios. Designed to allow for fluid circulation, our T2 student apartments in Rennes have a practical layout. Composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, they are also furnished to meet the needs of students. They include a bed, a sofa/bed, a desk, a table and storage units. The Breizh Campus residence also includes T2 bis duplex apartments with a mezzanine bedroom. These apartments can be shared with other students.
