Can I rent accommodation if I am an international student?

What documents do I need for my application?
You will need:
- A valid ID document
- Proof of enrolment or an admission certificate if you have recently been accepted
- Proof of your guarantor’s income
You can upload all your documents directly from your online account.
Do I need a guarantor to rent accommodation?
Yes. A guarantor is required to rent accommodation with LBA.
If you do not have a guarantor in France, our partner Garantme can act as your guarantor and is accepted in all our residences. The process is fully online, quick and secure.
