The T1 apartments are arranged in such a way as to offer

The Denfert Rochereau and Carré Saint Sernin residences also offer T1 bis. These have larger surfaces and allow a more or less clear separation between the kitchen area and the living room / bedroom area.

In addition to studios, Denfert Rochereau and Carré Saint Sernin offer T2 apartments. Fully equipped and furnished, these apartments are ready to welcome you. The Denfert Rochereau residence also offers T2 bis duplex and T2 mezzanine student apartments in Toulouse. With a bedroom on the first floor, these apartments have larger volumes and can be adapted to shared accommodation.
