Our student residences in Paris
Our student accommodations in Paris are ideally located. The "So'Campus" residence is located in front of the University of Paris 8 and at the foot of the metro, connecting the town of Saint-Denis to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. Our Campus Victoria residence is located near the T7 tramway and only a few minutes away from the Créteil-Vitry IUT. Finally, our Campus Lena residence is very close to the universities of Paris 8 and 13, as well as the T5 tramway.
Our student residences in Paris offer several choices of furnished and equipped rental apartments: the majority of them are studios ranging from 17 to 23m². Students looking for a larger living space can rent a one-bedroom apartment ranging from 24 to 33m². Finally, for those who wish to share apartments, our student residences in Paris also have t2 apartments from 38m². These have a separate room with a double bed, in addition to a pull-out bed in the living room.
Our residences have a complete service including: a bicycle garage, a fiber optic box in each apartment, a sports room, or a common living room with a PS4 and a flat screen.

An area in constant flux, Saint-Denis is a lively part of town, as illustrated by its media libraries, rich community life, music and dance conservatories, cultural spaces, concert halls and the Stade de France. Its title of official home of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games is no accident.
The municipality also places a huge emphasis on the wellbeing of its residents, by promoting the renovation of accommodation in certain areas, the development of public transport positioned close to schools and residences: trams, metro, RER and the maintenance of its numerous parks and gardens.
At the city’s heart, Paris 8 University and its campus bring together 900 professors and over 20,000 students. This major university hub located just one street away from our residence, offers a wide array of training programmes in humanities and law as well as management and information technology.

With a line 13 metro stop at the foot of the residence the centre of Paris can be reached in just a few minutes.
In the surrounding neighbourhood, residence tenants will be able to make the most of the selection of shops and even soak up the atmosphere on match nights at the Stade de France, located just one metro stop away.
Our Paris Saint Denis residence, features fantastic shared spaces for socialising as well as a wide range of services to ensure full student support be that in or outside the apartments: an available caretaker, mail delivery, washing up kit, free internet, equipped laundry and cleaning room (optional paid service), secure bike rental… and much more !
Located in the centre of Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, only 15 minutes from Paris, our "Campus Lena" student residence is ideally located close to many daily services and has direct access to 3 major university sites.
The municipality is also focusing on its residents' well-being, by prioritising the renovation of housing in certain districts, developing public transport near schools and residences including the tramway, metro, and RER as well as maintaining numerous parks and gardens. The residence has been built in an area with very good public transport links so that students can get to their places of learning as well as to all student life centres of interest in just a short time.

Campus Lena is located opposite the Suzanne Valadon stop on the T5 tramway where there are fast connections to the metro 13, the RER D and the Tramway 1.Structured into three buildings with 100 student apartments, the residence has many assets, starting with its two landscaped interior patios. The ground floor, with its long bay window, is home to shops, a gym and a cafeteria. Campus Lena enjoys a prime location in the heart of Pierrefitte-sur-Seine.
Just 15 minutes from Paris, the residence benefits from both an efficient transportation network and a convenient location near everyday services and shops. At the foot of the residence, the T5 tramway's Suzanne Valadon station enables you to get to metro line 13, the RER D and the T1 tramway in a short time.In terms of practicality, shops and everyday services are within easy reach, with an Aldi supermarket, a doctor's surgery and a pharmacy just a few minutes' walk away.
The major shopping centres are 15 minutes away by bus and the Post Office is only two tram stops away. Located in Chevilly-Larue, in the heart of the Triangle des Meuniers eco-district and just 2 minutes from the T7 tramway line, the Campus Victoria student residence is part of the "high-speed" development dynamic. In fact, these locations offer students the kind of proximity to numerous training centres and grandes écoles that is highly appreciated.
The Créteil-Vitry IUT and the EFREI & ESIGETEL engineering schools in Villejuif are only 14 minutes away by tram, and the Pierre and Marie Curie University, the Cachan IUT and the Epitech in Kremlin-Bicêtre are 30 minutes away by metro and tram. Campus Victoria also has easy access to everyday services and shops, with the Belle Epine shopping centre, including 220 shops, a cinema, a bowling alley, a sports hall and numerous cafés and restaurants only 10 minutes away on foot.
