To rent an apartment in a “Les Belles Années” residence you need to sign a one-year lease. However, you can terminate the lease at any time, subject to a one-month notice period.
If you don’t know where life will take you yet, it is possible to pre-book accommodation in different cities via our website. The accommodation is then reserved until a date to be defined with the residence managers.
If you have to move to another city for your studies, you should know that transferring your file is easy. Simply go to your Les Belles Années customer area, which will allow you to make your file tranfer request free of charge. You can also contact your residence manager to transfer your file to your new residence.
