Our R'CAMPUS residence offers fully furnished and equipped rental studios, designed to make the best use of the available living space. They include a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, and other amenities. Our studios also have a work area with a desk and chair, a sleeping area with a pull-out bed that can be folded up during the day, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, and cabinet. The apartment also has several storage spaces to make life easier for the tenant. Because students often use their computers for studying and entertainment, all our accommodations come with high speed, fiber-optic internet access.

Layed out over three premises along rue Dupuy de Lôme and the tram line, the R’CAMPUS residence brings history and modernity together to offer a stunning mix of antiquity and aesthetic creativity. The residence includes 205 apartments, 11 of which are spacious enough for shared accommodation. Among the services provided, tenants will have access to a common room, laundry room, bicycle storage, high-speed internet, and cleaning supplies.
