A dynamic, lively and sporty city, Bordeaux really looks after its students: with numerous parks, sports facilities and open spaces, a city centre with numerous bars and concert halls offering an exciting night-life… the extent of its cultural offerings and free time activities mean it’s impossible to get bored.
The capital of Gironde has no shortage of study or faculty options: its highly-regarded engineering and business schools, 4 universities, 4 IUTs, 2 art schools and political studies institute are all noteworthy examples. Given its more human scale, the superb range of public transport links and numerous pedestrianised streets make daily life in Bordeaux more enjoyable. We therefore chose to place our new student residence with its 155 rental apartments in Cenon, just 15 minutes by tram from Bordeaux’s city centre.
