Our student accommodations in Orléans are rented fully equipped and furnished. The major part of them are studios with a surface area between 17 and 20m², including all the necessary to live and study properly.
Our student residence “La Reine Blanche” also offers two-roomed apartments between 22 and 37m² for those who wish to have more space to live in couple or to share a flat.
All our apartments have an individual fiber box, allowing tenants to work online without any problem.

Given its nature, in Orléans people live for the great outdoors: over 60 km of cycle paths and 160km of routes invite its residents to enjoy the city by bicycle. Its streets are also perfect for a stroll, with numerous entirely pedestrianised neighbourhoods and delightful terraces. As France’s leading pharmaceutical hub, Orléans is extremely dynamic due to its proximity to the capital and crossroads location; it therefore offers numerous opportunities for school leavers.
Regarding teaching, there are multiple institutions providing its selection of courses: its university with 16,000 students, Polytech, an art and design school and business school (ESCEM)… Les Belles Années therefore chose the city of Orléans for its Carré Céleste student residence, which is made up of one-roomed apartments and is ideally positioned in Bourgogne’s historic quarter.
